RETURN POLICY
- Appliances are non-returnable. Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the appliance you can refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery driver. Any defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- All floor models and open box units are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. We make every effort to provide accurate information. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions or incorrect information. Any costs for repairs or missing parts is the sole responsibility of the customer.
- All floor models and open box appliances carry a manufactures warranty.
- Existing defects or damage on the appliance such as scratches, dents or missing pieces are not covered by the warranty.
- Items incorrectly ordered can be returned with proper authorization and will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Pick up of Appliance is subject to a delivery charge of $50.00
