Incorrectly Ordered Items: Items ordered incorrectly may be returned with proper authorization, subject to a 25% restocking fee. The pickup of the appliance incurs a delivery charge of $50.00.

Pre-existing Defects or Damage: Existing defects or damage such as scratches, dents, or missing pieces are not covered by the warranty.

Returns and Inspection: Appliances are deemed non-returnable, and it is imperative to thoroughly inspect items upon delivery. If the condition of the appliance does not meet your satisfaction, kindly refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. Any product defects or damages should be reported to the delivery driver, and such issues must be communicated within 48 hours of the delivery.
